SUBSTANCE: washing machine (1) comprises housing (2), stationary washing tank (3) located inside housing (2) and having an opening closed by door (4) on housing (2), laundry drum (5), which is installed with possibility of rotation inside washing tank (3) and can rotate around drum rotation axis (34) by means of electric motor (14), water loading system (6) connected to the water supply system and communicating with washing tank (3) for loading water into washing tank (3), as well as electric induction generator (21) connected between washing tank (3) and laundry drum (5), which generates electric current depending on rotation of laundry drum (5) relative to tank (3).

EFFECT: object of the present invention is to create an improved model of a washing machine having such features that will help to overcome the problems described with reference to the prior art, and provide one or more auxiliary electrical functions in the washing tank and/or in the laundry drum without the need to install wiring to the washing tank unit and the drum, with power consumption directly from the washing machine power supply network.
