SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Device includes a vehicle and a test unit provided in the vehicle and configured to support the test wheel, on which the test tire is installed, in a state in which the test wheel is in contact with the road surface. Test unit includes a power unit configured to generate power for driving the test wheel into rotary motion. Power unit includes a rotary drive module configured to rotate with a rotational speed that corresponds to the vehicle speed, and a torque application module configured to add torque to the rotary motion to output torque.
EFFECT: providing possibility of running test of tire without using hydraulic system.
