FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to code frame synchronization of messages when transmitting digital information. At the transmitting side, a multi-block message is formed, consisting of concatenated noise-immune codes and verification concatenated noise-immune codes. At the receiving side, internal codes of concatenated codes are decoded and the number of errors in internal codes is determined. Based on the number of errors, the reliability of the internal codes is first calculated, and then the total reliability of the concatenated noise-immune codes of the multi-block message is determined. Further, the integral reliability of the multi-block message is determined based on total reliabilities and if the first threshold value is exceeded, the integral reliability value is reset to zero and a decision is made on establishing frame synchronization.
EFFECT: high probability of establishing frame synchronization.
