SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of digital information transmission. To do this, a sequence of code words is formed on the transmitting side in the form of consecutive internal cascaded code words, on the receiving side the input sequence received in the sliding reception window, are divided into a polynomial-generating noise-proof code, the synchronization sequence is subtracted, and the noiseless code syndrome is identified, which computes error combinations in the noise-proof code and determines correctly received codes, erased codes, and also estimate the number of transformed codes, the number of errors in correctly received codes, erased codes and transformed codes, calculate the reliability of successive noise-immune codes, calculate the total reliability of the noise-immune codes, taking into account the reliability of the symbols of the synchronization sequence. With the total reliability of the word sequence of the noise-proof codes more than the threshold value, the frame synchronization is established and if the total reliability is less than or equal to the threshold value, the sliding reception window is shifted by one character in the input sequence and the total reliability of the words of the noise-proof codes is calculated.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the information obtained by increasing the likelihood of establishing a frame synchronization.
