VISCOSITY BREAKING UNIT Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC C10G9/00 C10G7/00 C10G7/06 C10G51/00

Abstract RU 2819187 C1

FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for processing heavy hydrocarbon material by thermal conversion and can be used in oil refining industry. Invention relates to viscosity breaking unit, consisting of residues thermal conversion units, atmospheric distillation, equipped with gas output lines, diesel fraction, atmospheric distillation residue, delayed thermal conversion of distillates, vacuum distillation and a phase separator included in the residue thermal conversion unit. Unit for delayed thermal conversion of distillates is equipped with a line of vapor thermal conversion of distillates connected to the line of the crude mixture of the atmospheric distillation unit, and is also equipped with a line of the residue of delayed thermal conversion of distillates, connected by feed lines of its first and second parts to the line of the crude mixture of the delayed thermal conversion of distillates and with the line of the crude mixture of the thermal conversion unit of the residue, respectively, the atmospheric distillation unit is connected by the heavy naphtha line with the crude mixture line of the thermal conversion unit of the residue, and is also connected by a light naphtha line to a crude mixture line of a delayed thermal conversion unit of distillates, and the vacuum distillation unit is connected by a light vacuum gas oil line to the crude mixture line of the atmospheric distillation unit, and is also connected by the heavy vacuum gas oil line to the crude mixture line of the delayed thermal conversion of distillates, wherein the line of the crude mixture of the thermal conversion unit of the residue is formed by connecting the lines of the heavy hydrocarbon material, heavy naphtha and the supply of the second part of the thermal conversion of distillates, line of the crude mixture of the delayed thermal conversion of distillates is formed by connecting the lines of heavy gas oil, heavy vacuum gas oil, feeding the first part of the residue of thermal conversion of distillates and light naphtha, and line of crude mixture of atmospheric distillation unit is formed by connection of lines of separation vapours, vapours of thermal conversion of distillates and light vacuum gas oil.

EFFECT: increased output of diesel fractions.
