SUBSTANCE: moisturizing cosmetic product is obtained from the following components, wt.%: 1–3 of aloe vera gel, 2–3 of panthenol, 0.5 of betaine, 2–4 of hydroxyethyl urea, 0.5–2 of butylene glycol, 1.5 of polyhydric alcohol, 0.5–1 of acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate cross polymer, 1–2 of sodium hydroxide, solution 0.1 N, 1.0 of amino acid complex, 0.05 of sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, 1.0 of phenoxyethanol, 0.5 of ethylhexylglycerin, the rest is purified water. A method of producing a moisturizing cosmetic product is also disclosed.
