METHOD OF PRODUCING DISPOSABLE ANTIBACTERIAL INSOLES HAVING ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITY Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A43B7/00

Abstract RU 2819236 C1

FIELD: pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry and relates to a method of producing disposable antibacterial insoles having antimicrobial activity, having an effective method of fixing a replaceable insole in shoes, which provides increased comfort to the wearer during use, as well as provided with a moisture-retaining filler layer, pre-saturated with an antibacterial agent. Disclosed is a method of producing disposable antibacterial insoles having antimicrobial activity, made according to the shape of a foot in different size ranges, including use of upper surface permeable for liquid, lower surface impermeable for liquid, which are connected to each other and include an absorbent inner layer between them – fluffed cellulose, located between said upper and said lower surfaces, layer is pre-impregnated with water-alcohol extraction from pharmacopoeial medicinal plant raw material of rhizomes and roots of great burnet, with subsequent thermal sealing of the product according to the shape of the insole and application of an adhesive coating on the lower part to ensure attachment to the inner part of the shoe. Method is simple in implementation of obtaining end product, which has pronounced antimicrobial action, as well as moderate antimicrobial action, is able to retain moisture in accordance with the moisture absorption coefficient, which enables to combine antimicrobial and moisture-absorbing action.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing a disposable insole with antibacterial effect and moisture-absorbing action, which can be changed as required.
