FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention can be used in development of energy-converting complexes of spacecraft with photoelectric power supply, as solar battery (SB). Technical result is achieved by the fact that the shunt resistor is excluded from the prototype, SB positive terminal combined with capacitor positive terminal is disconnected from diode anode, and output terminals of resistor and choke are combined with transistor drain and connected to diode anode.
EFFECT: reduction of overvoltage on the transistor and heat release of the transistor during operation.
