According to the invention, the storage battery booster charge-discharge device contains storage battery, storage battery charge level monitoring device, storage battery current sensor and the load current sensor, made in a bridge circuit with the input C-filter voltage inverter, transformer with primary and secondary windings, control system, additional transistor, additional diode, made according to bridge circuit active rectifier, output L-shaped LC-filter and load.

EFFECT: reduction of static losses in transistors and the converter reactive elements power.
