FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in lifting mechanisms. Winch comprises control system, drive motor connected with reduction gear, drum and brake. Between the electric motor and the reduction gear there is a turbotransformer placed in a housing filled with air. Housing comprises toroidal flow former, pump wheel with straight blades and turbine wheel with straight blades, reactor. Pump wheel is coupled with motor output shaft. Turbine one – with gearbox input shaft. Reactor is located between turbine and pump wheels and consists of rotary straight blades mounted on axles fixed on toroidal former and connected via gears with gear wheel located in housing. Servo drive is installed on the housing. One of the axes of the rotary blades is rigidly connected to the servo drive. Control system includes a processor connected to a servo drive, a drum angular speed sensor, a switch and a brake, as well as to an electronic speed controller. Speed controller is connected to the motor through a switch. Drum is equipped with an angular velocity sensor.
EFFECT: improved operating parameters and reduced weight of the device.
