FIELD: machine building; various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of gaskets from sheets of polymer gasket material and can be used for cutting flat circular gaskets or gaskets of arbitrary shape with constant width. Machine for cutting products from sheet material consists of electric shears with rotary mechanism, fixed on bracket, equipped with support. Two cutting knives with the possibility of position adjustment are installed in the support, they are installed on the support table with a longitudinal slot, in which the movable center moves. Support table has two scale-rulers, one for installation of movable center, the second one for arrangement of polymer stops under knives lowering zone. Ruler scales allow synchronous arrangement of knives and polymer stops. Knife has the possibility of entering the material of the lower polymer stop for cutting through the blank sheet. Polymer stops are detachable consumable elements and can be replaced as they wear out. Support table is made in the form of a package of three separate sheets connected by standard fasteners.

EFFECT: lower labor input of gaskets production, higher reliability.
