FIELD: cosmonautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to launching complexes. System for launching carrier rockets (CR) comprises a silo launcher and a container configured to accommodate the carrier rocket. In vertical air duct on container with rail trolley there is a support made with possibility of placement of carrier rocket. Vertical air duct is connected by means of side air ducts with the second vertical air duct, in which a tank with water is installed on a rail trolley with the possibility of moving the air volume in the communicating air ducts during free fall-rolling on the rails so that, on one side, to accumulate energy of compressed air under container for its acceleration and, on the other hand, to reduce resistance on its path. On the first air duct there is a flap cover, drainage channels and an air heater, and in the second one there is a pool. Side air ducts and drainage channels contain valves, and between the wheels of the rail trucks of the container and the tank there are circular sector plates, with possibility of creation of slotted seals at walls of air ducts, on which air pressure devices are arranged.
