SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and pharmaceuticals. The first object constitutes a pharmaceutical composition with antiviral and immunomodulatory activity containing peptide complexes based on a compound of alloferon and zinc, characterized by its active principle being a mix of biologically active complex compounds formed by interaction of oligopeptide alloferon with zinc ions in 0.9% solutions of sodium chloride or sodium acetate with subsequent pH adjustment to a value from 6.5 to 8.0, wherein the concentration of alloferon and zinc chloride or zinc acetate is selected in a way that their molar ratio is between 1:1 to 1: 2. The second object is a method of preparation of a pharmaceutical composition.
EFFECT: technical result consists in producing a composition, content and properties whereof allow reaching high concentration in the solution of complex compounds formed by the interaction of alloferon with zinc ions, which has biological activity, the antiviral activity of the composition exceeding the antiviral activity of alloferon.
