FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncogynaecology, and can be used for complex therapy of pre-invasive and invasive cervical cancer. For this purpose immunocorrective inductor based ob peptide Alloferon-1 is introduced after surgical ablation of tumour. As medication based on peptide Alloferon-1 used are injections of preparation "Allokin-alpha" lyophilisate to prepare solution for subcutaneous introduction. Preparation is introduced in one course of six injections with one day interval between injections. Expression of CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4+CD25+, CD95+ and activity of caspases in peripheral blood lymphocytes serve as markers of efficiency and adequacy of complex treatment.
EFFECT: application of claimed method makes it possible to carry out immune-correcting therapy with preparation "Allokin-alpha" at postoperative stage of treatment, with provision of effectiveness and efficiency of complex therapy.
