SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a method for genotyping a single nucleotide variant rs13056243 (C>T) of the human ZNRF3 gene. Method is carried out by means of a real-time polymerase chain reaction and involves the use of forward and reverse primers ZNRF3, as well as C- and T-allele-specific fluorescent-labelled probes, wherein for allele C homozygous DNA samples (genotype rs13056243-C/C) fluorescence increase in FAM channel is detected, for DNA samples homozygous for the T allele (genotype rs13056243-T/T), a signal is detected by the ROX channel, for a heterozygous sample (genotype rs13056243-C/T), an increase in fluorescence is observed in both detection channels.

EFFECT: present invention provides genotyping of single-nucleotide variant rs13056243 (C>T) of human ZNRF3 gene by real-time polymerase chain reaction.
