Method for genotyping a single nucleotide variant rs6443265 (T>C) of the human OGG1 gene by polymerase chain reaction method in real time consists in using: forward primer OGG1-F 5'-AGAGACTTGTTCGGGTTGCT-3', reverse primer OGG1-R 5'-GGGAATCCATCACAGTGCCT-3', OGG1-T-allele-specific fluorescent-labelled probe 5′-FAM-ATGTCACCTATACCCTT-RTQ1-3′, OGG1-C-allele-specific fluorescent-labelled probe 5′-ROX-ATGTCACCTATACCCTC-BHQ-3′.

EFFECT: simplifies method of human genotyping by alleles rs6443265-T and rs6443265-C of the OGG1 gene, reduces analysis time.
