FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology and rehabilitation, and can be used for treating inflammatory and traumatic skin injuries. On the affected skin areas, a therapeutic agent is applied, for the preparation of which a mineral rock of the Verkhnekamsk basin is used, containing ions of cerium, manganese, zinc and silver, to which hydrochloric acid solution is added at rate of 100 weight parts of hydrochloric acid solution per 100 weight parts of rock, and infused for 10 days at room temperature. Further, the liquid phase is separated by centrifugation, an equal volume of sodium hydroxide solution is added to it, and filtration is carried out with separation of the precipitate. Obtained precipitate is heated at temperature of 500 °C for 20 minutes, the precipitate is dissolved in a solution of sulfuric acid, subsequent filtration is carried out, the obtained filtrate is diluted with 0.1% sodium bicarbonate solution until the obtained mixture acquires pH 7.5–8, the mixture is repeatedly filtered, adding to obtained filtrate 20 mcg of magnesium sulphate and 8.6 g of glycerine per 1 l of the filtrate, to ensure a final concentration of ions in the filtrate: cerium 1.0 mcg/l; manganese 10.0–15.0 mcg/l; zinc 5.0–10.0 mcg/l; silver 0.5–1.0 mcg/l; magnesium 20.0 mcg/l, and by subsequent sterilization of the filtrate, a therapeutic agent for the rehabilitation treatment of inflammatory and traumatic skin injuries is obtained, which is applied externally to the affected skin areas for at least 20 minutes. Therapeutic course is 4–15 days, and the application is performed using 5–10 ml of the therapeutic agent per application.

EFFECT: method enables to accelerate the healing of skin wounds and ulcerative defects, inflammatory and traumatic skin injuries, due to the combination of microelements in the applied medicinal agent, the combination of all operations, their sequence and modes during its production.
