METHOD FOR IMMUNOLOGICAL PREDICTION OF ACUTE CEREBRAL CIRCULATION DISORDERS Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC G01N33/68 G01N33/573

Abstract RU 2820071 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to clinical immunology and neurology, and can be used for immunological prediction of acute cerebral circulation disorders when determining immunological blood parameters. Amount of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), interleukin (IL)-8 in blood serum, D-dimer in blood plasma is determined. If the combination of VEGF values greater than 550 pg/ml, IL-8 values greater than 14 pg/ml, D-dimer values greater than 245 ng/ml, the development of acute cerebral circulation disorders is predicted.

EFFECT: method enables minimally invasive, low-cost immunological prediction of acute cerebral circulation disorders, high specificity and sensitivity of determining three parameters by increasing specificity and sensitivity of determining three blood markers: VEGF, IL-8 and D-dimer.
