FIELD: medicine; clinical immunology; cardiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict sudden coronary death. The method includes the study of electrocardiographic indicators and immunological parameters of blood serum: vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), natriuretic (NTproBNP), troponin I. With a combination of electrocardiographic signs of cardiac rhythm and conduction disturbances and VEGF values greater than 450 pg/ml, NTproBNP greater than 310 pg/ml, troponin I greater than 0.13 ng/ml the development of sudden coronary death is predicted.
EFFECT: method, being minimally invasive and not requiring large material costs, allows to predict and prevent the risk of sudden coronary death, with increased specificity and sensitivity of the parameters used.
