FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and is intended for use in electric drive control systems with squirrel-cage induction motors for mechanisms with cyclic modes and dynamic loads of crane-manipulator installations of mobile vehicles of both military equipment and civil equipment, moving critical loads. Invention can also be used in control systems of electric drives of general industrial and special application. Frequency-controlled asynchronous electric drive system of crane-manipulator installation contains asynchronous traction motor and power controller electrically connected to it. At that, in the power controller there is a possibility of switching the power supply in the nominal operating mode of the asynchronous traction motor from the pulse width-modulated voltage to the sinusoidal one, by opening the contactor connecting the asynchronous traction motor and the two-link frequency converter, and closing the contactor connecting the asynchronous traction motor and the supply mains. Invention provides smooth and accurate movement of goods of high degree of danger.
EFFECT: increased reliability, expressed in reduction of number of failures of elements of the system of frequency-controlled asynchronous electric drive of crane-manipulator installation, as well as in reduction of electric losses.
