SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipe flaring tool, particularly, to pipe expanding tongs. In the present invention, a pipe expander pliers are disclosed, which include a fixed handle, a movable handle, a holder connected to the fixed handle, pipe expansion head connected to the holder, and a front cone connected to the holder. On one end of the front cone there is a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is connected to the movable handle by means of the connecting unit of the rotating shaft. First cavity is made in the holder. Gear ring, gear ring casing and casing return element are made in the first cavity, and the gear ring is connected to the rotating shaft, and the gear ring is located in the gear ring casing, and the lug assembly, coupled with the gear ring, is additionally made in the gear ring casing, return unit and lever unit are made on the gear ring casing, the casing return element is located between the return unit and the inner wall of the first cavity, and the lever unit protrudes from the first cavity for coupling with the movable handle.
EFFECT: simplified operation, increased efficiency of operation, as well as improved reliability of pipe connection.
