FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for internal welding of pipes in protective gas. Machine comprises front frame (1), centring device (13), rotating disk mechanism (3), welding unit (4), tensioning mechanism (5), middle frame (6), floating spring mechanism (7), drive mechanism (8), rear frame (9), braking mechanism (10), movement mechanism (11) and gas tank (12). Wire feed mechanism (41) is moved from welding unit (4) and is located on front frame (1). Through hole (365) for wire in housing (362) of rotary disc of rotating disk mechanism (3), inner cavity of guide bushing (515) and hollow bushing (51) inner cavity form channel for composite cables (42) from wire feeding mechanism (41) to welding heads (44). Invention provides reduced wear of the composite cable of the welding machine, which increases service life of the welding machine.
EFFECT: machine comprises positioning mechanism of rotating disc, which improves its positioning in axial direction, with provision of more accurate alignment in axial direction and rotation of entire rotating drive system, which improves alignment and quality of welding.
