SUBSTANCE: invention relates to receiving automatic broadcast surveillance messages for a small spacecraft. Device comprises antenna system (1), amplifiers (2, 3), radio frequency filters at 1,090 MHz (4, 5), logarithmic amplifier and detector (6), differential amplifier (7), analogue-to-digital converter (8), reference frequency generators (9, 10), programmable logic integrated circuit (AND), read-only memory devices (12, 13), SPI interfaces (14, 15), UART interface (16), JTAG interface (17), microcontroller (18), serial bus of information exchange with onboard equipment of small spacecraft (19).
EFFECT: increasing operational reliability, fault tolerance and suitability to testing.
