The technical outcome is achieved due to that, the interface unit comprises a real time clock, supply monitor, electrically independent reprogrammable read-only memory, buffer stages with inputs for connecting discrete sensors with power switching, buffer stages with inputs for connecting discrete sensors with mass switching, buffer stage with an input for connecting a frequency sensor, generator, computer unit, CAN interface transceivers, J 1708 interface transceiver, buffer stages with inputs for connecting analogue sensors, buffer stage with an input for connecting a resistive sensor, electronic intelligent switches with digital outputs with mass switching, an electronic intelligent switch with a digital output with supply switching, supply voltage conditioner with an error output, power output for analogue sensors and an on/off input, SPI interface, protection circuit, intermediate voltage converter, linear voltage stabiliser, power bus, I2C interface and a process channel.

EFFECT: design of an interface unit for use in a vehicle and meant for providing for interaction of electronic control units of Euro-4 level engines operating controls, sensors, display devices and other vehicle electronic systems.
