FIELD: space radiation.
SUBSTANCE: detectors for nuclear and space radiation, installed on small CubeSat spacecraft. Due to the use of semiconductor detectors, a Cherenkov detector and neutron detectors, the device provides registration of the dose rate of space radiation, registration of proton fluxes with an energy of more than 330 MeV and neutron fluxes.
EFFECT: distinctive feature of the device is its small size and weight, which allows it to be used as part of small spacecraft.
