SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a pressure element, a container having a base in the form of such a pressure element, and a jar in which such a pressure element is used as a base. Pressure element forms a base of a container, which has a cylindrical side wall having one end, to which said pressure element is fixed, and an opposite open end for attaching a lid to it to form a can, wherein the pressure member comprises a body comprising a metal and having a peripheral edge lying in a reference plane and fixed in place by said side wall of the container, thereby forming an inner part of the container, wherein said body is made with possibility of multiple elastic deformation in direction of pressing to inner part of container with multiple application of pressing force to said body and its weakening with the possibility of multiple change of the state of the pressing element between the first state and the second, deformed, state, wherein both states are characterized by a volume contained between (a) the body, (b) the first imaginary surface parallel to the reference plane and remote from it in said pressing direction by a distance that is greater than the distance between the control plane and any point of said body in a deformed state, and (c) a second imaginary surface perpendicular to the first imaginary surface and extending between the first imaginary surface and said peripheral edge; wherein said volume is a first volume in a first state of the body and a reduced volume which is less than the first volume in a second, deformed state of the body.
