SUBSTANCE: power exercise machine load control device relates to the field of sports equipment and is intended for implementation of load control in sports exercise machines during user training. Weight control device of a power exercise machine comprises a frame, a plate, a weight stack with a gripping plate, rotary handle for selection of load, located on plate, gear wheel, weight stack vertical guides, toothed rack, weight fixation sector, levers guiding on plate, master plate with built-in magnet. Rotary weight selection handle is rigidly attached to the upper part of the rotary axis, hinged to the plate, and on the reverse side on this axis there is a rigidly fixed gear wheel and a weight fixation sector made in the form of a disk, the recesses of which are intended for the roller on the spring-loaded lever to enter them. Gear wheel is coupled with toothed rack rigidly fixed on guides on plate with possibility of movement on them vertically, and the holes in the toothed rack are intended for the hook of the protrusion of the other spring-loaded lever hinged to the plate on the swing axis, with its other end, the lever interacts with the protrusion of the first weight rigidly attached to the gripping plate; master plate with built-in magnet is located on one of guides on plate, its working plane is made at an angle to direction of master plate movement.
