The technical result is achieved by the fact that the sports simulator is made in the form of a frame, including a cable and a latch, and it is equipped with a barbell, an additional cable and a chain drive, while the frame is made with a gate installed in its upper part, and the cables are fixed on one side on the gate. On the other side on the neck of the rod, on the axis of the gate, a gear is installed, connected by means of a chain to the chain drive wheel, with the possibility of changing the height of the rod fixed on the cables by rotating the chain drive wheel and fixing the position of the rod with the chain drive wheel lock.
