SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hardware and software complex (HSC) for monitoring timber carriers and logistic facilities of timber industry complex. Agro-industrial complex contains: object recorder, video signal processing module, main and backup power supply unit, receiver with satellite navigation system, communication unit, program module. Bypass chamber of the external module is located at a distance from the control boundary and at an angle to the probable direction of vehicle movement along the boundary of entry-exit of timber harvesting, storage and processing enterprises. Images of timber carriers are transmitted to a remote specialized server with generation of reports on the volume of timber turnover for each controlled object and for each vehicle.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the level of control over timber circulation on the territory of the Russian Federation.
