FIELD: radar.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radar and can be used to determine coordinates of a source of continuous noise interference. Disclosed method of automatic detection of a continuous radiation source by single-channel radar stations of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) uses two UAVs: a master and a slave. Method includes obtaining own bearing of continuous noise interference source (CNIS) by master UAV, as well as obtaining the bearing of the same CNIS from the slave UAV. Taking into account the deviation of the direction of movement from the "x" axis in the fixed coordinate system and the beam pattern for the master and slave UAVs, the master UAV calculates the area of probable location of the CNIS, coordinates of vertices of quadrangle of this area. Connecting vertices of two obtuse angles and two acute angles, searching for the intersection point of the resulting lines, angles of triangle formed by the closest to the master UAV and the vertex to the right relative to the rest are calculated. Corrections to the coordinates of the vertex of the region of the probable position of the CNIS are determined and the coordinates of the CNIS are calculated.

EFFECT: automatic detection of a continuous noise source by single-channel radar stations of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV).
