FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic engineering and can be used to produce heating elements on a textile basis by stencil screen printing. Method involves preparation of a carbon-containing paste by mixing it for breaking agglomerates of carbon nanotubes, subsequent evaporation, introducing into the carbon-containing paste an additive which increases the viscosity of the composition, followed by mixing until a homogeneous composition is obtained, preparation of a textile substrate by soaking in an alcohol-containing solution, drying until completely dry, followed by application of a primer coating based on polyvinyl acetate and ethyl alcohol and drying until completely dry, fixing the textile substrate on a plastic base under tension with clamps along the perimeter and placing a stencil printer on the desktop, preparation and fixation of stencil mesh with topology of heating paths above textile substrate, application of carbon-containing paste on the surface of the stencil mesh and its uniform distribution with a squeegee along the topology of the heating paths without punching, printing heating paths by forcing carbon-containing paste through stencil mesh cells with a squeegee located at angle of 50 degrees to the textile substrate, and subsequent drying of the coating.
EFFECT: creation of a method providing quality and uniformity of application of a carbon-containing paste on a substrate and improvement of quality characteristics of the obtained coating.
