FIELD: thick-film microelectronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thick-film microelectronics, and in particular to technologies used in the production of solar cells based on a heterojunction. The method for forming a current-collecting contact on the surface of solar cells with a heterojunction is based on the use of a special metallization paste based on silver powder and technological modes of its processing, which make it possible to significantly increase the speed of its application, as well as to accelerate the sintering of silver particles according to the multistage mechanism of the formation-decay of silver halide during thermal destruction of a halogen-containing polymer.
EFFECT: ensuring the maximum values of the electrical parameters of solar cells with a significant increase in the productivity of their manufacture.
