FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and can be used for production of construction products and structures in technology of additive production by method of layer-by-layer extrusion (3D-printing) of crude mixture based on Portland cement, hemihydrate gypsum, sand, finely ground pozzolanic component, superplasticizer, setting and hardening time regulator, homogeneous mixture of oligoethoxysiloxanes and water. Gypsum-cement-pozzolanic concrete mixture for construction 3D printing at a certain content of components includes portland cement, sand, superplasticizer based on sodium naphthalene sulphonate "MasterRheobuild 183", water, finely ground pozzolanic component – biosilica with hydraulic activity of not less than 1,400 mg/g, degree of grinding not less than 1,100 m2/kg, wherein portland cement is used, containing, wt.%: tricalcium silicate 63.0, tricalcium aluminate 6.1, sand used is quartz sand with fineness modulus of 3 and moisture content of 1-3%, and additionally it contains hemihydrate gypsum, setting and hardening time regulator – "БЕСТ-ТБ" and homogeneous mixture of oligoethoxysiloxanes "Ethylsilicate-40".
EFFECT: reduced consumption of portland cement, increased stability of shape, resistance to penetration, ultimate bending strength of hardened composites printed on 3D printer, reduced average density of composites while ensuring their water resistance.
