FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and can be used for making construction articles and structures in the technology of additive manufacturing by layer-by-layer extrusion (3D printing) of a crude mixture. Gypsum-cement-pozzolanic construction mixture for 3D printer contains the following, wt.%: portland cement containing, wt.%: tricalcium silicate 63.0, tricalcium aluminate 6.1, 5.59, hemihydrate gypsum 16.7, quartz sand with fineness modulus 3 and moisture content of 1–3% 54.7–55.8, superplasticiser based on sodium naphthalene sulphonate "MasterRheobuild 183" 0.06-0.07, setting and hardening time regulator – "БЕСТ-ТБ" 0.05, diatomite with hydraulic activity of not less than 1,500 mg/g, degree of grinding of not less than 1,400 m2/kg 5.59, homogeneous mixture of oligoethoxysiloxanes "Ethylsilicate-40" 0.006–0.007, water – the rest.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of portland cement in the mixture, increased stability of shape, resistance to penetration, ultimate bending strength of hardened composites printed on 3D printer, low average density of the composites while ensuring their water resistance.
