FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: stator of a DC electric machine with permanent magnets comprises a non-magnetic housing, pole cores attached by base to a non-magnetic stator housing, flat permanent magnets installed on side surfaces of pole cores, external magnetically soft yoke closing opposite surfaces of permanent magnets of nearby poles. A feature of the invention is the implementation of the pole core in the form of a straight trapezoidal prism. On the side faces of the prism passing through the sides of the trapezoidal base and adjacent to the permanent magnets, grooves are made in parallel to the stator axis, in which the excitation winding is arranged, which is not evenly distributed along the grooves, so that the conductors on the trailing edge of the pole are crowded and the conductors are under pressure on the leading edge of the pole in the case of using the stator in the motor, are rarefied, or rarefaction of conductors at the trailing edge of the pole and crowding of conductors on the leading edge of the pole in the case of using a stator in the generator.
EFFECT: increased power and improved electromechanical characteristics of the machine.
