FIELD: optics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optics, namely to optical elements, systems or devices for microscopy, and can be used for ex vivo studies of tissue and organ sections. Fluorescence microscopy device for studying sections of tissues and organs comprises an exciting radiation source, a mirror directing the exciting radiation to the object under study, a fluorescent optical filter installed along the fluorescent radiation of the investigated object and not transmitting exciting radiation, but transmitting the entire spectrum of fluorescent radiation, a digital camera. Exciting radiation source through optical fibre is connected to fibre-optic collimator installed on path of exciting radiation and connected through a converging lens and an optical diffuser with a mechanical filter holder, in which a dichroic mirror is fixed at angle of 45° to both exciting and fluorescent radiation. Optical filter is connected to the CCD camera, and a lens and an achromatic doublet are placed in the direction of fluorescent radiation from the analysed object.

EFFECT: implementation of a uniform illumination field and an optical channel with minimum achromatic aberrations with the possibility of changing the optical configuration of the device.
