FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves irradiating biological object with white light or radiation of known spectral composition, recording reflected radiation and producing its image on display screen. The reflected radiation is separated by means of photo divider into several channels. Video picture is built on the screen in white light study mode. Image recording is carried out as separate frame exited by single light pulse in fluorescent study mode. The image of the same biological object is recorded immediately before this stage as separate frame in white light study mode. Peak power density of short light pulse on the object surface is greater than white light radiation power density. These two frames are concurrently digitally processed later. Device has fluorescent endoscope, combined illumination unit connected to optical endoscope channel with illumination braid, reflected light channels having means for receiving image in reflected light and in fluorescent radiation, light filters, processor and monitor unit. Means for receiving image record object images in white light on the monitor in continuous mode. Separate fluorescent snaps are recorded at the light pulse moment. Processor is provided with digital processing algorithm of fluorescence frame and white light frame superposition with output to the monitor unit.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of diagnosis procedure.
