FIELD: luminescent-microscopic analysis of objects capable of fluorescence illuminated by excitation light. SUBSTANCE: fluorescent microscope has optical system for observation and/or recording of images of sample on information medium, holder of sample positioned opposite to objective lens of optical system, source of initiation of fluorescent radiation, set of separable rejection filters for extraction of light of luminescence of sample. Salient feature of given microscope consists in that source of initiation of fluorescent radiation has two lasers as minimum mounted at side of holder of sample and at angle with it. Angle of setting of lasers and/or angle of focusing of laser beams are chosen from condition of provision of required illumination of field of vision of objective lens of optical system as minimum. EFFECT: equalization of illumination with use of advantages of side laser illumination, possibility of visual observation of object, alteration of magnification and recording of image on photographic film. 6 cl, 1 dwg
