FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic deposition devices and can be used in food industry, as well as in other fields of technology for deposition of various multicomponent viscous products. Jigging device includes a central unit, a mechanism for attachment to the tray, a mechanism for holding a rack and pinion gear, a rack and pinion gear, a central rack and pinion gear. Jigging device is fixed to the tray intended for placement of deposited products, having length, width and height not exceeding dimensions of the device itself. Fastening is carried out by means of a mechanism for attachment to the tray, which is equipped with a leg, to which a static washer, a screw rod and a nut movable along the screw rod are fixed. Mechanism of attachment to the tray is made at least on two sides of the tray and on each side at least twice. To the upper part of the mechanism of attachment to the tray there is a mechanism for holding rack and pinion gear, which includes a gear fitted on the shaft and with the same thread as the rack and pinion gear, and an end sensor. On a rack and pinion gear, a rack and pinion movement mechanism driven by a built-in motor has the ability to move. Central rack and pinion gear retention mechanism is attached to the mechanism of movement along the rack and pinion gear, which is made on both sides and holds the central rack and pinion gear, on which the central unit is fixed. Central rack and pinion gear is perpendicular to rack and pinion gear. Central unit comprises a hopper intended for placing a product for jigging, a delivery mechanism, a funnel forming a matrix, flattening tool configured to move downwards relative to the hopper by means of a linear motor fixed on the hopper, a mechanism for moving the central unit, mechanism for movement along central rack and pinion gear and control unit made with possibility of setting control programs and issuing control actions to all actuators of jigging device.
EFFECT: invention enables to use a kitchen pan as a tray without exceeding the dimensions of the device itself.
