FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for joint mixing of chewing gum base, amorphous bulk sweetener and crystalline bulk sweetener, obtaining of warmed up compound and its compound moulding in cavity of shape needed. Moulding is performed by compound skimping into holes in powder-like substance layer. After that compound hardens so it keeps shape of mentioned hollows and is separated from powder-like substance. Another method provides for joint mixing of the first syrup of bulk sweetener, boiling of obtained mixture. After that obtained second syrup of bulk sweetener is mixed with chewing gum, base and powder-like bulk sweetener at minimal temperature of 70°C, warmed up compound is formed in a cavity of needed shape. After that the compound is cooled down so it keeps the shape and taken out of the cavity. Chewing gum compound can be mixed with other confectionary products to obtain complex-compound product.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce multi-layered moulded chewing gum with help of skimping method.
