SUBSTANCE: method for operation of watered gas and gas condensate wells includes lowering to the well of a submersible pump unit with a gas separator and a pump on a tubing string under a static level of liquid, start-up of the submersible pump unit and pumping of liquid by the submersible pump unit to the surface. Further, bottomhole pressure is reduced and pressure of pumped liquid is increased at the outlet of the submersible pump unit; gas is separated by a gas separator into the annular space, as well as gas supply to the surface. At the same time a submersible pump unit is lowered into the well, in which the pump supply by liquid and gas separator supply by liquid is less than the well flow rate by liquid. Well is brought to the mode with flowing of the gas-liquid mixture along the annular space to the surface.

EFFECT: enabling increase in gas production and extension of time for profitable development of deposits.
