SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antiwear additives for lubricating oils for improving their tribotechnical properties when used in marine equipment, for example, in bearing assemblies and internal combustion engines. Invention relates to antiwear additive, including micelles based on molecules of solid grease of iron oxide Fe3O4 with surrounding molecules of oleic acid C18H34O2, wherein additionally contains fullerene nanomodifiers in the form of polyhedral clusters of carbon C60 and C70, and molecules of iron oxide Fe3O4 are doped with manganese Mn (II) at the following ratio of components, wt.%: Mn (II)—0.9, Fe3O4—14, C60—7, C70—7, C18H34O2—71.1.
EFFECT: improved magnetic characteristics of the additive particles and improved tribotechnical properties of the additive.
