FIELD: lubricating materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of lubricating material used for lubricating different friction surfaces. Proposed composition comprises the following components, wt.-%: powder-like metallic filling agent, 0.05-15; dialkyldithiophosphoric acid (DADTP) metal salts, 1-30; fullerene-containing nanomodifying agents, 0.3-6.0; soap thickening agent, 5-25, and basic oil, the balance, to 100. As powder-like metallic filling agent the invention proposes using nonferrous metal alloys chosen preferably from the following order: copper-tin-silver, copper-tin, zinc-cadmium, aluminum-tin-copper. As DADTP salts the invention proposes preferable using zinc or cadmium, or tin, or molybdenum, or aluminum, or copper salts. As fullerene-containing nanomodifying agents the invention proposes preferable using polyhedral clasters of carbon C60, C70 or nanotubes, or fullerene carbon black, or schungites. As soap thickening agents the invention proposes preferable using lithium or calcium, or sodium, or barium stearates.
