FIELD: analytical chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in analysis of organic and inorganic substances by capillary gas chromatography. Stationary phase for gas chromatography is PTMSP, modified with polyethyleneimine solution, characterized by a homogeneous mesoporous structure withstanding heating from 25°C to 263°C; presence in the spectrum of bands, at 1,472 cm−1, characterizing N-H deformation vibrations; presence of band at 1,310 cm−1, which relates to C-N bond vibrations; presence in the spectrum of a wide band in region of 3,200–3,600 cm−1, which characterizes N-H stretching vibrations of polyethyleneimine.
EFFECT: simpler and faster preparation of a stationary phase for gas chromatography and improved separation capacity of the stationary phase in chromatographic columns when separating organic compounds.
