FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, in particular to dual-band antennae for earth stations of satellite communication systems. Disclosed is a dual-band antenna with a ring focus, consisting of two radiators of different frequency ranges, reflector in the form of a conducting surface formed by the rotation of the asymmetric part of the parabola around the axis of axial symmetry of the antenna (AAS), parallel to the focal axis of the parabola, and a counter-reflector in the form of a conducting surface formed by rotating the asymmetric part of the hyperbola around the axis AAS, the imaginary focus of which coincides with the focus of the parabola, and the actual focus is on the AAS axis between the reflector and the counter-reflector, characterized in that opposite the counter-reflector on the side of the reflector there is a secondary counter-reflector in the form of a conducting surface based on an axisymmetric cut from an ellipsoid of rotation, which focal axis coincides with the AAS axis, wherein the far focus of the secondary counter-reflector coincides with the focus of the counter-reflector on the AAS axis, and in this focus the first irradiator is installed, which faces the counter-reflector, and in the near focus of the secondary counter-reflector there is a second irradiator facing it.
EFFECT: high efficiency of the antenna at simultaneous reception of radio waves in two frequency ranges.
