FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of high-efficiency inverted motors. Inductor-type inverted motor with unipolar excitation contains tooth windings on two fixed disk stator cores with number of pairs of poles p1 each, powered by frequency converter. Rotor is fixed on a non-magnetic bushing put on the motor shaft, and contains longitudinally laminated axial teeth with number Z2=p1, fixed on outer surface of non-magnetic bushing and separated from each other by through slots. On the end shields, DC excitation coils are fixed, which create a unipolar magnetic flux, which is closed through the end shields, stator cores and the rotor, axial working air gaps and motor shaft.
EFFECT: provision of possibility of short-term forcing of electromagnetic torque on motor shaft both due to short increase of current in stator windings, and in coils exciting unipolar magnetic field.
