FIELD: packaging; storage.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a bottle closure device. According to the invention, the bottle closure device comprises, in the position before the first opening of the bottle, (a) a drain sleeve made of a polymer material and fixed on the rim of the bottle, having on its outer side surface an external thread with a helical recess and a projection, wherein in the lower part of the sleeve, under the thread, two, upper and lower, external horizontally oriented annular projections are formed, limiting the external annular recess to each other; (b) a cap made from a polymer material, having a horizontally oriented circular wall, from which a vertically oriented side wall extending downwards, ending with an annular edge, wherein on the inner surface of the horizontally oriented circular wall of the cap a vertically oriented annular wall is formed, which external side surface is in contact with the drain sleeve inner side surface, and on the inner surface of the side wall of the cap an inner thread is formed with a helical recess and a protrusion entering the recess of the external thread on the external surface of the side wall of the drain sleeve, and said side wall of the cap in its lower part at the annular edge has vertically oriented slots dividing the lower part of the side wall of the cap into segments, at least one of which has, on its inner surface, a downward and inwardly oriented projection-stop located in an external annular recess formed in the side wall of the drain sleeve; and (c) a case attached to the cap, covering the walls of the cap from the outside and comprising a horizontally oriented circular wall, from which a vertically oriented side wall extends downwards and retains the protrusion-stop of the cap segment in the external annular recess of the drain sleeve.

EFFECT: disclosed device is expected to be used primarily for sealing bottles with alcohol-containing beverages.
