Calculate the coefficient of similarity of the physical and logical structure of the network. Adjacency matrices of the logical network structure are compared and the coefficient of similarity between the adjacency matrices of the logical network structure is calculated. Calculate the average time of a quasi-stationary state of the logical structure of the network.
EFFECT: technical result is to ensure the effectiveness and reasonableness of managerial impacts at the physical and / or logical level of a communication network by determining the average time of a quasi-stationary state of the logical structure of a communication network.
