FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, namely to analysis of gases in air flow or other gases for rapid analysis of hazardous gases without sampling and preparation in "in-line" mode. Cell for detecting gases in a flow based on one or more piezosensors includes a housing with a cover on which there are holders for the piezoelectric sensor/piezosensors with sensitive film coatings for adsorption of components of the gas mixture, microprocessor for excitation of oscillations, registration and conversion of signal of piezoelectric sensors and its transmission to digital display or information collection point. Additional chamber with two converging channels is installed at the gas flow inlet. First channel is removable and filled with air dryer. Second serves as the gas flow inlet into the detection cell. Gas flow inlet and outlet branch pipes are located in the upper and lower parts of the detection cell on its opposite sides. One of the piezosensors is not coated with a sensitive film coating and serves as a comparison piezoelectric sensor.
EFFECT: possibility of continuous reliable detection of gases in the flow at pressure drops of the air flow, temperature and humidity of the medium.
