FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises an internal cylindrical ring and an external cylindrical ring, which freely rotate relative to each other and are provided with channels for fluid medium passage. Channels are connected by means of at least one annular gap limited in axial direction by sealing rings arranged in cylindrical seat. Cylindrical seat faces radially outward or inward and is limited in axial direction by stops. O-rings are fitted with interference on the inner cylindrical ring or the outer cylindrical ring and have an elastic part intended for contact with the surface of the inner cylindrical ring or the outer cylindrical ring. Device also contains means which prevent axial movement of the inner cylindrical ring relative to the outer cylindrical ring. At least one bearing is located between inner and outer cylindrical rings and is made with possibility to take up both radial load and axial load between inner and outer cylindrical rings.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
